Hi! I’m a nail technician and Owner of Q.utefootspa, Yen. I have been a licensed nail technician for 16 years. My mini suite is located in Bedford, TX along with Q.utenails (Kelley) who specializes in gel, BIAB, & Korean style nails. I, myself currently specialize in Zero Gravity pedicures & natural manicures. I carefully have chosen my favorite products to share with you. I offer vegan and cruelty free nail polishes + gel polishes. I will soon offer Dazzle Dry. My priority is making sure my clients are comfortable and relaxed during their pedicure & manicure services. With our everyday work life, we need to take care of our feet & hands. With the Zero Gravity chair, it allows you to be 100% relaxed. The recliner also helps to expand lung capacity to allow for deeper, more relaxed breathing. Sitting on a zero gravity chair relaxes & rejuvenates the spine by naturally decompressing the vertebrae. This reclining chair has many great health benefits for your body. It can help reduce those with any swelling of feet or legs. It also has heat therapy and vibration massage control for your comfort. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. During your appointment, feel free to use the mini tablet for your entertainment. Or Customize your pedicure with your favorite streaming show/movie or your favorite music with our noise cancellation headphones or on TV. Mentally exhausted? Feel free to let me know if you would like a quiet session. *Eye masks are available for a quiet session.*

Cancellation Policy

Your card will NOT be charged prior to your appointment unless the following policies are not followed: 𝐍𝐎-𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 & 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 Please cancel/reschedule appointment before 24 hours. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result to a 50% charge of your service amount. This rule also applies to no-shows. No shows will automatically be charged 50% cancellation fee. 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 A 10 minute grace period is given to avoid cancellation fee of 50%. Please contact me if you are late, to see what services I am able to do with the time left. Sunday 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 If you are in need of booking an appointment on a Sunday, there will be a $20 non refundable fee which is required due at the time you book. After Hour request are not guaranteed, availability limited. Contact me if you are interested.
